Novice Tactics for Pai Gow Poker

[ English ]

Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient origins. Based on the old Chinese domino game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the western in a fantastic game for beginning level players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler vs. the casino, not like almost all other poker games that gamblers compete with other players. By wagering against the dealer, starting players do not have to be concerned about any other, more skillful individuals taking their $$$$.

An additional Pai Gow benefit is the generally leisurely game play, rookies can take their time and plan without needing to make hasty decisions.

It’s also much simpler to wager on for a long time with only a tiny amount of money since, to not win, each of your hands needs to be lower than both of the houses hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the customary 52-card common deck and one joker. The gambler is dealt 7 cards face up and the dealer is given 7 cards face down.

One five card hand and one 2 card hand need to be put together from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To succeed, a player needs both of his hand values to be higher than the houses.
